Once the order is placed through the website www.artynnova.com, the customer receives a contract and an order confirmation by email. Artynnova is obliged to deliver the ordered items as long as the stock allows it. The customer undertakes to pay for the articles ordered in compliance with the delivery conditions chosen and agreed upon beforehand.
The products are sent through a single warehouse, located in Spain, thus allowing the customer to pay a single shipment by weight and volume, indicated as the order is placed, as well as a faster and more efficient delivery.
The corresponding invoice will be attached to your order.
When an article is not available we will indicate it on the website or during the order process. This unavailability can never lead to any rights being derived from it. Items marked 'Not Available' (red symbol) cannot be ordered as the system blocks this possibility, they will be added to your basket leaving it pending for your next order, but the system will never charge you for them. In this way, we avoid receiving orders for articles that are not available, even so if this happens due to technical problems with the website, etc., the payment will be made immediately and it will not be pending but will have to be added to your next purchase.
