SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once the order has been placed, we receive it immediately and it is processed during office hours. Once it has been paid for, our warehouse prepares it and encloses the corresponding invoice. The delivery time is between 24 and 72 hours for Spain in the Peninsula. If you need to make a note of the delivery times do not forget to mention it in the 'Comments' section before confirming the order.
If the order is rejected upon delivery of the goods or the person to whom the goods are destined is absent on the occasions when the transport agency (not belonging to us) tries to make the deliveries, a charge equal to the amount charged will be generated as "postage" on the invoice generated by the order.

When we cannot distribute the package or pallet from Monday to Friday, the agency will leave a note of warning, where a telephone number appears. By calling this number we can arrange a new appointment to take the products to you, which will be at least the next working day or if you prefer you can call our central office 954.44.08.55 and we will arrange it for you. After you have received notification as undelivered, you have 2 working days to have the package delivered. If not, the package will be returned to Artynnova, if you still want the package back, you can do so by paying the shipping costs again.
If for some special reason you are not at the usual delivery address, you can generate a new delivery address in the order screen, keeping the addresses you think saved in your address book. Once you have received your order, you have 7 working days to check that the order is in good condition. If there is a problem, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not send any order back without prior written agreement with Artynnova as we will not process it.
